Refund Policy

No Refunds on All Payments

All payments made to Philippines Admissions are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is submitted through Paystack—including the Admission Fee, Processing Fee, and any optional service fees—it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded.

Admission Fee (₦150,000)

This fee is paid directly to the university for the issuance of the student’s Admission Letter (Notice of Admission).
Because the school processes this immediately upon payment, no refunds are possible under any circumstances.

Processing Fee (₦1,500,000 + ₦60,000 Shipping)

This fee covers document processing, authentication (Apostille), school liaison, administrative support, and courier delivery from the Philippines.
As these processes begin immediately, this payment is non-refundable.

No Refunds for Missed Visa or Visa Denial

Philippines Admissions is not responsible for visa decisions made by the Philippine Embassy.
The embassy reserves full right to approve or deny visa applications.
A visa denial, missed appointment, incomplete documents, or failure to follow embassy instructions does not qualify for a refund.
Students may reapply for a visa at any time at their own discretion.

Incorrect or Fraudulent Documents

Submitting false, altered, or unverifiable documents may result in admission rejection, embassy refusal, or processing delays.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Student Responsibility

It is the applicant’s responsibility to provide correct documents, respond to communication, and follow all instructions for authentication and embassy submission.
Failure to do so does not qualify for any refund.

Changes in Embassy or Government Policy

No refunds will be issued for delays or changes caused by the Philippine Embassy, DFA, Nigerian ministries, or any government body.

Payment Confirmation

By completing any payment via Paystack, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy and confirm that you understand all fees are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
