These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Philippines Admissions website and services. By using our platform, submitting your documents, or making payments, you accept these terms in full.

2. Service Description

Philippines Admissions assists applicants in securing admission into accredited Philippine universities by guiding them through the admission, documentation, and visa preparation process.

We are not a university, and not the Philippine Embassy.
We act as a support service to help applicants complete the required steps correctly.

3. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed securely through Paystack.
Fees include, but are not limited to:

  • University Admission Fee (₦150,000)

  • Processing, Authentication & Shipping Fee (₦1,500,000 + ₦60,000)

No Refunds

All payments made to Philippines Admissions are non-refundable, regardless of the applicant’s outcome, withdrawal, or change of plans.
This is because these fees cover services, documentation, school-side processes, and logistics that cannot be reversed once initiated.

4. Visa Responsibility Disclaimer

Philippines Admissions provides full guidance and documentation support, but we do not guarantee visa approval.

Visa decisions are made solely by the Philippine Embassy in Abuja.

If a student misses their visa appointment, submits incomplete documents, or is denied a visa, they may reapply at the embassy using the same authenticated documents.

Philippines Admissions is not liable for visa refusal under any circumstance.

5. Applicant Responsibilities

Applicants must:

  • Provide accurate and genuine documents

  • Follow instructions carefully

  • Attend all required authentication and embassy appointments

  • Cover all costs related to their admission and travel

Philippines Admissions is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect documents

  • Missed appointments

  • Embassy backlogs

  • Ministry processing delays

  • Courier delays

6. Service Limitation

We support you through document preparation and admissions, but we do not:

  • Influence university decisions

  • Influence embassy approvals

  • Provide travel tickets

  • Act as a government agency

We are a private admissions support service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, design, and graphics—is the property of Philippines Admissions. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
